How do I create a Mr. Belvedere Account?

Go to the top right-hand side of the screen and you will see the Login button. Please click on this and you will be directed to another website where it will ask for your login details. Below these two boxes is a link to ‘sign up now’. Please click on this link and you will be asked to put down your email and then you should create a memorable password for future login.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.

How much will it cost?

All of our pricing is fully flat-rate and transparent. No hidden charges EVER (seriously).

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes! We bring it all. if you have a particular solution that you’d like us to use please be sure to hand it to the cleaners before they start.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Yes. If you haven’t made a booking yet, go to booking form and add the extras. If you want to add an extra to an already booked clean, send us an email and we’ll process that for you.

How do I log into my account?

Any email you get from us will have a “Sign In’ link at the bottom of it. You can also go to the Homepage and there will be a “Log In’ button on the side panel.

How do I change my password?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

How do I reset my password?

If you click Login in the top right-hand-side of your screen it will take you to another website. Click “Forgot your password” and then follow the instructions for resetting your password.

How do I change my address?

Login to your account using the login section of the website. Hover over your email address and click the “My account” link. Then update your address. Otherwise just email us and we’ll just change it.

How do I change my credit card?

Login to your account using the login section of the website. Hover over your email address and click the “Billing info” link. Then update your details. If you email us we can also always do it for you.

How do I book my first appointment?

Simply go to our booking form and schedule your appointment online. Alternatively, you can give us a call if there are any issues at all.

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

Why are vouchers for first time & returning customer only?

Vouchers are a way of bringing new & returning customers who want efficient cleaning to our website so that they can experience the professional and quality service that Belvedere Maid & Cleaning Services so proudly offers.

I bought a voucher and Mr. Belvedere does not cover my area, what should I do?

Send us an email, and we will refund you the whole price, no questions asked.

Why do you need my credit card information to redeem a voucher?

When you redeem a voucher for a Mr. Belvedere Maid & Cleaning Services, your credit card details are required for our system so that if you book a Mr. Belvedere Maid & Cleaning Services in the future you do not have to perform the laborious task of typing in your credit card details into our website. Your details are also required to keep your Mr. Belvedere Maid & Cleaning Services operating so that it is not cancelled.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

The Mr. Belvedere Maid & Cleaning Services are insured so we can assure you that if our cleaners do mess up (this has never been an issue) then we will completely handle the process with your help and input.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Yes they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process..
